My stay at this hotel was overall enjoyable. The location was convenient, despite some road blockades. The staff, particularly Janet, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, making it difficult to leave the bed.

One specific issue I encountered was the slight sewer smell in the bathroom. However, we were able to mitigate this by simply keeping the door closed.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning scenery that felt like we were in a fairytale. the comfortable bed and sheets made for a great night's sleep, and the hot water and water pressure in the cabin were excellent. We also loved having a fireplace in our room, which added a cozy and romantic touch to our stay. the on-site restaurant served delicious food and had a great view.

It would be beneficial for the staff to receive more training in customer relations. the restaurant prices were exorbitant and the service was lacking, as staff seemed more focused on seeking tips rather than providing a pleasant dining experience.

amazing stay at rotamundos! exceeded our expectations. stayed in a spacious cabin with incredible views. staff were friendly, helped us organize a temazcal. restaurant had great food, especially the vegetable omelette. felt like staying in a 5-star hotel. would definitely stay again.

The room was stunning and comfortable, with beautiful design and a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there were complimentary water, fruits, and snacks available throughout the day. The location was slightly isolated, but there were plenty of tuk tuks available. The hotel also arranged an excellent guide for a hike, who was knowledgeable and considerate of the altitude. it was a smart choice for my stay.

I keep coming back because it's perfect for me. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and helpful staff. My forgotten earphones were quickly returned. Cookware, flat-screen TV, bar, jacuzzi, sauna and 24-hour reception. Non-smoking rooms. I'll be back for Christmas!

Lovely staff, great location, luxurious room with a beautiful view from the balcony. Heating was perfect. Jenny on the front desk was just lovely and very helpful. Easy walk or affordable tuc tuc ride to town. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Alto De La Sierra and had an amazing time! The hotel is located slightly out of the village, which I found to be a plus as it offered a peaceful escape. The room was lovely, with a veranda overlooking the valley and forests. They even had a drinking water dispenser and coffee available all day. The hotel staff arranged for an excellent guide who was very knowledgeable and understanding about the effects of altitude on our hiking pace. it was a wonderful experience.

I would be more than happy to recommend this hotel.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay at Alto De La Sierra By Rotamundos. the walls were quite thin, so I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

Mind-blowing views from the veranda, luxurious and cozy room with gas fire, helpful and friendly staff, organized excellent hiking guide, easy access to town via tuk tuk or walk, free coffee.
